Our care plans provide structured maintenance and technical support for the websites we build and manage on WordPress and Shopify. In addition to routine updates and monitoring, our plans can include managed hosting, security and firewall protection, uptime monitoring, analytics reporting, email and DNS support, and ongoing technical assistance from our team.

Additional details for our care plans
All pricing assumes that websites are hosted or managed within the infrastructure recommended by Razorfrog. Most websites fit comfortably within these parameters, although projects with higher traffic, storage requirements, or complex functionality may require a custom plan.
Websites that were not originally built by Razorfrog may require an initial technical review before entering a maintenance plan. Because themes, plugins, custom code, or platform configurations can vary significantly across projects, compatibility of updates and integrations cannot always be guaranteed for websites developed by third parties.
Yearly care plans are offered at a discounted rate when prepaid and are not eligible for refunds. In cases of past due invoices, prepaid yearly payments may be applied toward outstanding balances and the renewal date adjusted accordingly. Plan details and pricing are subject to periodic review and may be updated over time.
