Terrace Gardens

Terrace Gardens is an affordable living Senior Housing Facility professionally managed by The John Stewart Company and an involved non-profit board of directors. The facility’s on-site property management team assists its senior community members with 1 bedroom units housing up to two individuals.

The JSCo management team asked Razorfrog to produce a responsive website presence to serve its current and prospective residents of the Terrace Gardens community. Razorfrog’s design includes a color palette and imagery inspired by nature and provides information on the facility, its dinner program and floor plans, and allows users to securely apply for residency online. An image gallery includes detailed glimpses of their professional landscaping, common spaces, apartment interiors, and recreation opportunities. We’ve also designed a logotype for their brand that visually depicts the community’s appreciation of beautifully maintained grounds and lush gardens.
