IDS contacted Razorfrog to create a modern, responsive website that presents their service offerings and acts as a frontend to their support system.

Redesigned in Spring 2016, the site was updated to emphasize modern trends of clean, simple layouts, a streamlined color palette and quick navigation using a single-page design. Razorfrog also created forms that feed into the IDS Zendesk help ticketing system to ensure that exceptional customer support remains a priority.
