Block12 Construction is a full-service San Francisco commercial and residential general contractor. Since 2010 Block12 has specialized in retail, restaurant and residential projects for San Francisco Bay Area storefronts and homes.

Block12’s owner connected with Razorfrog to build an accessible portfolio website that highlights their quality-oriented construction and renovation services and showcases their exceptional work. We took great care in pairing styling modern typography selections with a unique color palette that confidently guides the eye and creates a sense of calming spaciousness.

The company’s hands-on approach spans all aspects of custom installations, from commercial and retail jobs to tenant improvements, seismic enhancements, and ADU design. All services are presented within window-like sections, focusing on the beautiful interior and exterior details that Block12 is celebrated for.

Block12’s completed projects are presented in a simple grid format and may be quickly sorted via category. Each project includes the year of completion and high-resolution full-sized images that may also be viewed in a user-friendly lightbox paired with accessible descriptions.
