Baywell Psychiatry Group provides mental health care for adults, children, couples and families from its six clinics located in San Francisco, Berkeley, San Mateo, San Rafael, Santa Cruz and New York. Baywell’s committed team of providers and staff caters to a diverse patient population and prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion as foundational components to their mission.

Razorfrog was brought on board by Baywell’s founders to establish a reimagined, accessible clinical presence on the web paired with an all new logo identity. The latest iteration has been entirely redesigned from the ground up to be WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant. Clinical services are designed to be easily navigable, and team members are listed in clean grid formats providing access to profile pages. Locations pages include helpful directions, image galleries of the clinics, and neighborhood maps. An area prepared for patients includes insurance coverage details, payment details, forms, helpful resources and emergency contacts.

In addition to the public site, Razorfrog has also prepared an internal site for Baywell that includes all necessary team and educational resources for doctors and staff to reference at any time. With almost 30 employees, Baywell is well positioned to continue fostering a welcoming environment for the communities it professionally serves.
